Whilst not being productive at work, and tracking packages for a pc I’m building (more on that coming soon), I found that both Amazon and Newegg keep basically lifetime records of your purchases.
It’s very interesting to see how I managed to keep the love very even, just like two divorcees getting together when they aready have kids.
Newegg.com
- 2006 – $246.06
- 2007 – $825.77
- 2008 – $1225.07
Amazon.com
Lifetime on Amazon: $2275.08
versus.
Lifetime on Newegg: $2277.58

First off, I’m Zacharias (bio).
I’ve been meaning to re-launch a WordPress blog for quite a few reasons for quite a few months. I’ve been “dark” besides twitter since May.
But having a week off from work wasn’t why I did this; actually, it was an article I read in Math class* that made me finally jump in and get all that webserver razzamataz finished. Having license to blog about whatever in the holy crap comes to mind was nice. Having to blog “about something” was frankly hobbling me quite a bit. Knowing that posts just like this, with little “reblogging” or, carnal or brusque sin, a “top n” list — screw that. People aren’t like that, I sure the hell all about any damned thing, and you shouldn’t be either.
If I want to blog about cellphones/mobile tech, neato history books I’ve read, the gold box game i just re-bought and beat, or the totally awesome way I have my home network set up, I will. I hope I’m entertaining, informative, and adding to the discourse of the craptastic internet. Thankfully, I’m just as happy to pay my webhost $4 a month and type on the internet occasionally.
So, thanks Mr. MM. I wanna be just like you when I grow up. And by just like you, I mean working my best towards what I care about the most.
* i was either hopeless bored or seriously lost. math lectures do little for me.
